A Website That Works

Christina, the owner of Artistic Linguistics reached out to VVITCH Digital in need of a website build. She had existing branding and wanted it to be applied to a new website that was straightforward to use.

She needed her calligraphy clients to be able to reach out to her easily, see her work and understand her services. We knew Squarespace would be an ideal website platform for her because:

  • it is easy-to-use for folks who don’t consider themselves tech-savvy

  • it integrates with Dubsado, the CRM that Christina uses to manage her leads, contacts, contracts and payments. This will allow for a seamless, branded experience for Christina’s potential clients and current clients.

With all of these considerations in mind, we built Christina a fresh, romantic Squarespace website that allows users to quickly understand what is it that Artistic Lingusitics offers.

Integrating with Dubsado

Here at VVITCH, we use (and love) Dubsado. It is an incredibly powerful tool that helps us:

  • manage leads

  • track projects

  • send and manage contracts and invoices

  • run financial reports

Because our own website is on Squarespace, we are able to easily integrate forms on our website, so we knew we could do the same for Artistic Linguistics. We were able to customize the forms that show up on the Artistic Linguistics website to that they blend seamlessly with the rest of the website by applying brand fonts, a logo and the same background that we used throughout the website.

These little details matter when it comes to user experience and it is why we emphasize the importance of finding tools that work for your business.
